A note from the CBSA RA Executive:

Although it looks different, this forum behaves in the same way as Facebook with a couple of minor variations. First, rather than adding a 'post' you 'create a topic'. Second, because it is located on our secure platform, this forum, unlike your Facebook group, page and/or posts, cannot be hacked. Therefore your topics (posts) are secure and can only be seen by and shared with other current RA members who are logged onto the site using their member logon credentials.

To share your travel adventures, first click the 'CREATE TOPIC' button. After clicking this button, enter the subject in the subject line and your travel adventure narrative in the 'Body' of the new topic. If you'd like, you can use the content editor toolbar to format the narrative's text and, if you wish, add hyperlinks. By attaching files, you can add Word or PDF documents and/or ​picture​s. Picture​s may be in JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, TIF, or TIFF formats. Once you are done composing the topic, click 'CREATE'. The topic (post) will now appear on the page for other RA members to see and comment on.

Also, in the same manner that you can 'Follow' a group or person on Facebook, you can 'Subscribe to forum'. When you click the 'Subscribe to forum' button, you will automatically be notified when someone posts to the forum's page.
